1. Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered via email or user account. We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Ebooks
  • Digital templates
  • Courses
  • Software or plugins
  • Any other downloadable product

However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you encounter any issues accessing or using your purchase, please contact us at contactus@criticeye.com within 7 days of your purchase and we’ll do our best to help.


2. Eligibility for a Refund (Exception-Based)

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product.
  • The product was not delivered due to technical issues, and no manual delivery was successful even after contacting support.
  • The product was defective or corrupt, and the issue could not be resolved after support assistance.
  • You made a purchase by mistake, and did not access or download the product (must request within 24 hours of purchase).

In such cases, email contactus@criticeye.com with the order ID, purchase receipt, and a detailed description of the issue. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.


3. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.


4. Sale Items & Bundles

Products purchased during a sale or promotion, or as part of a bundle, are not eligible for refunds unless they are non-functional and support is unable to resolve the issue.


5. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from purchasing any future products. We value fairness and transparency, and we’re always here to help if something goes wrong — just email us at contactus@criticeye.com.
